Payment FAQ

How can purchase items using my credit card?

To shop using your credit card, select the item you want to buy, including the color and the size, and click the “Add to Cart” button, located on the upper right side of your browser. This will keep you updated each time you add an item to your card. You can change the items by clicking the “View Cart” button and remove the items manually.

Once you are done shopping, click the “Check Out” button and follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Sign to your Karmaloop account using your username and password. To check out without using access codes, checkout as Guest.
  • Step 2: Key in your name, complete shipping address and select your preferred shipping method.
  • Step 3: Check your order, including the total amount of the items, your payment and billing details, one last time. If you are using any promotional or gift certificate codes, make sure to enter them before you check out. Check your credit card billing address to your billing address to make sure they match. If everything is in order, click “Submit Order” and the transaction is complete.

Within a few minutes, you will receive a confirmation letter via email. For details regarding the order, read the confirmation letter thoroughly.

How do I pay for my order using money order?

Money orders are reserved only for transaction held by our customer service representatives. Just call out Customer Service hotline with the brand, product name and color of the item you want to put on hold.

I got charged twice for one order, how do I correct it?

When an order is placed, our system will automatically authorize your card for the item amount. However, technical hiccups do happen every once in a while. This can sometimes be caused by entering the wrong billing address and re-submitting a corrected form. When this happens, our system will authorize your card twice. Do note that these authorizations are only “Pending” charges and the amount will not be debited from your account. Within 2 to 3 days, the “Pending” charges will be dropped.

On the other hand, if the unaccounted credit card charge is still on your monthly statement even after 2 to 3 days, contact us directly to settle the issue.
