Evil Twin “The Dying Light” Dip Dye Dress: El Ombre

by Karmaloop Rep Code

Gisele Bündchen has practically been sporting it since forever but it wasn’t until today when fad became utter madness.  I’m talking about Ombre locks.

The I-haven’t-seen-my-hair-stylist-for-some-time look is obviously today’s hottest mane trend. Rachel Bilson, Alexa Chung, Sarah Jessica Parker and Jessica Biel went for the “grown out” look while Rihanna, Katy Perry, and Lady Gaga took the extreme route and did colored ombre highlights. Ultimately, the color trend crossed borders as nails, shoes, and dresses now come in gorgeously faded hues as well. Spring/Summer 2012 collections were marked by dozens of ombre pieces, and by the looks of it, designers aren’t about to move on.  Evil Twin, for instance, recently brought the “The Dying Light” dip dye dress.

The piece dramatically cascades from deep gray to taupe. It is basically a loose fit, so if you want something that emphasizes your figure, this is not it. But if you can do with a little teasing, the sheer fabric of the dress can pretty much get the job done for you. Just make sure to put on some decent basic undergarments with it. You don’t wanna be seen walking around in your Superman cotton undies, right?

The Dying Light measures approximately 33” in length, so it ideally falls a few inches above the knee. ¾ sleeves finish off the dress’s light, breezy look. If you want to add more spunk, pair it with black moto boots.  Karmaloop Rep Code is your one stop place to find updated promo and rep codes for you to save more!
